When asked to organise an evening session for a group of Junior Park Rangers, Rapid Creek Landcare Group took the opportunity to showcase its activities at The Spit, near the mouth of Rapid Creek. The Junior Rangers were tasked with exploring the area and locating shrubs that had been tagged with somewhat quirky facts. They obviously enjoyed just being in the bush. At the feedback session the Junior Park Rangers asked some perceptive questions. As darkness fell, parents arrived to collect a group of exhausted youngsters.
