Adjacent to Rapid Creek Landcare Group’s regeneration site behind the Alawa Oval contractors have removed lots of coffee bush, and the storm water drain has been cleared. Several members planted a few trees as a warm-up to the first working bee for this wet season scheduled on Monday 17 November. The site is showing the benefits of our hard work last wet season and before. Members have commented on how fertile this site adjoining the mangroves has turned out to be.
